  18. I wrote Newtek a letter a couple months ago after reading about the
  19. upgrade policy in VTU.  In the letter I explained that I felt like I
  20. was being punished for buying a complete system (which I have two,
  21. purchased long before the standalone was ever seriously talked
  22. about).  Newtek's customer service dept. called me back and again I
  23. explained how I felt.  I finally got the guy to admit that the policy
  24. might not be exactly fair.  When I asked how the policy might be
  25. changed he suggested that I write a letter.  UGGGGGG!  Do you think
  26. if enough of us expressed concern that it would have an impact?  I
  27. really want to use LightWave on a Pentium.
